I recently completed Karl's Functional Movement Training course and it is a game changer!
A game changer because the "why" of functional movement training is not novel but the education and methods of the training are a reminder or better yet an "eye opener" that THIS IS THE WAY THE HUMAN BODY SHOULD TRAIN.
It's based on peer reviewed research and tried & tested on individuals across demographics and fitness levels.
Karl's training style and communication shows his passion and belief in this training method. It's thoroughly educational, hands on, and interactive.
